You can use the lift to the left of Time Claw to reach us.

Before Your Pickup
Your order will be freshly baked and ready for you within your chosen time slot. Come anytime between your slot and 6pm. If you’re running late, don’t stress. We’ll keep it safe for you until 6pm the next day.
Using 3rd Party Drivers? Read This!
We currently offer cake delivery services by using third-party providers like Grab or Lalamove, but if you would like to order your own cake delivery using a provider without going through De Luscious, here’s what to know:
- Cars are preferred, not bikes.
- Keep the car’s AC running cool.
- For longer trips, use ice packs.
- Inform the driver about your name and order number – they’ll need it.
- Remember, arranging these cake delivery services is on you.
Friendly reminder: After leaving our care, we can't vouch for the product's state. A good practice is to ask the driver to take pictures before and after the journey.
Ensuring Your Cakes Travel Safely 🚘🍰
To ensure your alcoholic cake delights arrive in pristine condition:
- Transport them in a car, placed on a flat surface.
- Use car AC to maintain freshness for up to 1 hour. Ice packs are recommended for longer trips.
Note: Once it's out of our store, we can't be responsible for any mishaps. But follow these tips, and your treats should reach their destination flawlessly!
Switching From Pickup To Delivery
While we can’t swap from pickup to delivery directly:
- Use a third-party delivery service like Lalamove or GrabExpress before 6pm.
- Alternatively, you can cancel (see details below).
Cancellations – Flexibility for Those Life Moments 🔄
Life happens. Here’s how we handle cancellations:
- Less than 2 days before the pickup: We can’t cancel or change these orders, as we’re deep into the baking process.
- More than 2 days before: Once approved, your refund will be processed in 7-14 business days, credited to your original payment mode. Thanks for understanding!
